After a customer has been added, they will automatically receive a reminder message at a time set by you of their reservation, and contact information if they need any assistance in directions or changing their reservation.
Track seating time, no shows, and repeat visitors
Our simple but robust reporting will give you at a glance reports to track your customer’s seating times and repeat visitors, and get more information on your peak in store times. For no-shows, you can set how many pages are sent to a customer before they are dropped out of the queue screen – simplifying seating and customer service management even further.
Display current wait list optionally to your customers
If you have a flat screen display or some other digital output device, you can also display a wait list paging queue to your customers, to let them know what your current wait time is looking like.
Customizable to your needs
Have a POS solution already in place? A rewards program you’d like to interface this with, or online ordering/pickup systems? We’re very experienced in custom configurations that interface into other systems, or even our own marketing or POS platforms. We even have a custom widget to combine Mobile Waitlist and Paging with our proximity detection system, i6, which can ‘check in’ customers when they arrive. You can also add custom messages to choose from when you page your customers, to integrate into 2 way service, information or appointment information.
No hardware or app downloads for your customers required
No expensive replacement or maintenance costs for hardware needed – all that’s required is a device (such as a tablet, pc, or mobile phone) that can get on the web to run our platform at your location, and customers with a phone that can receive texts. It’s that simple.

Want the best kind of leave behind with a customer to invite them into a rewards or marketing program? Or let customers know while they wait on offer programs, more information about your business, or participation content like surveys, rewards, or games? The same dialog communication you’re using to let them know when their table is ready can also be used for true 2 way conversations.
